Service Description

12 weeks Yoga is the practice of a set of postures and breathing exercises. This practice helps to anchor in the present moment and provides an effect of overall well-being. The exercises and different movements help shape physics and the various techniques of breaths that are taught promote stress reduction, calms the nervous system, and increase respiratory capacity.
